Are there any fees associated with using your services?

We ensure your peace of mind by negotiating savings on over 85% of the products we book, without any transactional fees. Certain suppliers and products, including typically low-cost carriers, rail providers, and some publicly available rates for flights and hotels (although these are uncommon), have fixed costs that cannot be negotiated. On these rare occasions fees are necessary, we strive to keep them minimal, covering only our administrative expenses.

How long does a business account take to set up?

In a perfect world – a week, it has been done and can be achieved if all the moving parts work seamlessly, however – the perfect world aside, we’d say allow for two to three weeks to get everything in place.

Can we use your services whilst we wait for our account to go live?

Absolutely, while you wait for the ink to dry on your credit agreement feel free to book using an alternative payment method, such as debit or credit card, or bank transfer.

What are your contract terms for using your services?

Our services don't come with fixed terms, except for the establishment and use of credit accounts, which is standard practice. Should your business require a formal agreement, we're fully prepared to provide contracts. However, if you prefer not to enter into one, that's perfectly acceptable to us. We are confident that the quality of our service acts as the strongest tie, underpinning the growth of our client base within the entertainment industry.
